产品简介：
利江牌D001是聚苯乙烯骨架的大孔型强酸性阳离子交换树脂，含有磺酸基，相当于固体硫酸。孔径均匀，机械强度高，氢型***，主要用于高速混床水处理。
对应国外品牌：Amberlite 200，Lewatit Sp-210
产品应用：
主要用于超纯水树脂 18M兆抛光树脂 纯水核级混床树脂/阴阳离子交换实验室 。
注意事项：
1．产品的运输与保存：
产品湿态保存，温度在0度以上；长期不用，可密闭或加入5%以上的食盐水；运输时主要是防冻，树脂上面不可放置过重物品，以防树脂被压碎。
2．树脂的预处理：
一般要求可以采用碱-水-酸-水一个流程进行处理，严格要求需作三个循环，***处理成所要求的离子型态。
3．树脂的填装：
要考虑树脂的转型膨胀率大小，预留出足够的空间以防树脂溢出并能***有合适的液面高度；柱径比应在合理的范围，避免偏流；采用湿法装柱或反洗驱除树脂层内的气泡。
4．液体在进树脂柱之前，应经絮凝、过滤或沙滤等步骤，确保不含悬浮物，以免堵塞树脂孔道。
5．柱内长期不用树脂须洗净后掏出保存，或者在抗盐介质内可加盐水，并且需要保持页面不可脱水，同时还需要不定期的反洗树脂，目的是松动树脂，以防结块报废。
